I have received several calls on my cell phone from this number. When I did a search on Google it appears a lot of other people have been getting calls from this number and a similar one - 223-039-0000.

Anyone have any ideas on how to make these people stop calling? It appears that the person calling got everyone's number off of their Monster.com resume.

Right now I just set a special ringtone (silent) to the number so that it isn't such a nuisance at work. Verizon tells me that it is not possible to block numbers on cellphones yet, and the only thing their fraud department could do without proof was offer to change my telephone number.

My number is already on the DNC list and has been for over a year. The problem is when you answer there is nobody there, they hang up. I'll go file a complaint, but without a name or anything to give in the complaint I'm not sure they can do anything.
