Was at Lowes tonight looking at wireless doorbells and saw they had the Heath Zenith LE-6272 for $20.00, marked down from $100.00. There were two on the shelf.

Couldn't find any pictures or links, but it's of solid wood construction with three silver chimes coming down and includes one doorbell button. Doorbell has an option for a 2 note melody and an 8 note melody, 150 foot wireless range, operating frequency can be changed.

I am impressed at how good those units sound! They don't have quite the volume as a mechanical doorbell, but the sound like the real thing otherwise. I had to revert to one (a Zenith/Heath unit) when my transformer in the attic failed and I could not replace it right away. It's amazing what they can do with a 2 1/4" radio speaker.

A couple downsides were that the range was poor, nowhere near the 150 feet advertised. Since they don't play as loud (no initial volume peak as a real chime would do), I added a second one - and it was a crapshoot as to which one would play and which did nothing. The nature of the beast. Note that you can setup the buttons as front and back door, so you still get that 8 note for the front door and 2 for the back.
