Staples has AcerŪ Aspire one AOA150-1049 for $349.99 349.99 - 30 (30 off 150 coupon) = 319.99 plus tax, free shipping. if you dont have one coupon get it from ebay or e-junkie Processor Intel Atom processor N270 Note: It seems Staples has replace this one with 1029 model which has only 120g and 3 cell. deal is dead. not sure if it was a mistake on website as it was there all day long on friday. my only guess is it was a friday special. |

this is awesome, i just got the laptop for $343 incl tax, and they're offering free next business day delivery so it should arrive tues. thank you! and abt the coupons, i totally appreciate that this poster put links to them, there's a bunch of different sellers to choose from, even if he did it for his own gain, he got $2.15 for his time, i saved $28, i'd say it was a win-win. |

Check your order online on Staples website. I ordered one last night (before this was posted) and got the initial confirmation from them which was that it was a AOA150-1049 (sku 767157). Then I checked my order online this morning and it said it was a AOA150-1029 I ordered, which is the 120 GB Aspire One that they have on sale this week. I ended up calling to inquire about how my order got changed and verify that it was indeed a AOA150-1049 since it was going to ship next business day (and I didn't want the hassle of a return during Thanksgiving week) and the Staples customer support person confirmed that it was a 1029 model and that it is mislabeled in the system. She said that if I hadn't I had them cancel my order they would definitely have shipped me the 1029 model which is on sale for the $349 price. Also I noticed that the Staples website has now removed the listing for the AOA150-1049 as well and added back another listing for sku 767157 which is a AOA150-1029 120 GB model. Anyhow, you may want to check your order to see if you see the same thing as it was not apparent at all until after the order is placed. |

Fantastic deal. Especially after the coupon. 6-cell machines were $400+ not long ago. Expandable to 2GB is nice. I bought my 3-cell 120GB AAO 2 months ago ($330 @ JR.com after Live CB) and it has 1GB of RAM too but only expandable to 1.5GB. Not a huge deal though -- it's just a netbook. |

Just in case people didn't see some of the previous posts in this thread this is NOT the 160gig hd, 6-cell batt model, it is the 120gig hd, 3-cell model. (I was wondering if there was a mistake when I first read this thread). So Staples is selling it for the going rate of other places though they do give you free shipping. |
