Title says it all.

I got it today. I think it's a good deal since the 2AA LED version alone is $19.99 and the 3D is $24.99 at Amazon. Both used 3W LED. It also comes with a spare regular bulb for the 3D

I compared it with the Husky 2D 4Watt LED ($24.99), the Husky is much more brighter.

But this is Maglite.

What does that really mean, though? Maglites can be beaten up, but the Husky is pretty tough too. Among people that really know flashlights, Maglites don't necessarily equate with quality more than any other brand.

Lowes will have both the 3D and 2D for $14.99 each on BF.

The 2AA LED version is NOT included though...

If all being equaled, 4w should be brighter than 3w.

All is not equal. The Maglite is using last gen Luxeon LEDs. The Husky is using fairly current Cree LEDs. The Cree LED is about twice as efficient as the Luxeon. So even if both were consuming 3W, the Husky would be twice as bright.
