I got a message today from the CPSC listserv (release 09-019 dated 10/22/08) that the Rage Wireless Guitar controller manufacturing in China and used on the Wii system is being recalled for potential chemical burns if the batteries are installed incorrectly. I couldn't tell if this was the precise Guitar Hero unit, but it sounded similar: "blue or white and is 31 inches long. contains battery-operated LED-lighted fret buttons that go up the neck of the guitar." Any confirmation? |
