Edit: The item is now $20.80 after a $20 rebate, which is a small increase from its previous price.

Hello, Everyone,
I hope you are doing well. This is the best deal I've seen on a high quality, name brand 8GB flash drive in quite a while. Amazon.com currently has the Corsair 8GB USB 2.0 Flash Voyager Drive (CMFUSB2.0-8GB) for $37.90 shipped, but that comes down to $17.90 after a $20 rebate (link to rebate). For most people, Amazon.com does not charge tax.

Product Description
The Corsair Flash Voyager family of USB drives is rugged, stylish, compact, and reliable, making them ideal for transporting MP3s, digital images, presentations and more. Flash Voyager drives are fully Plug and Play with most operating systems and are backward compatible with USB 1.1. Their durable rubber casing is easy to grip and water resistant. The Flash Voyager product line is both enclosed in the Corsair proprietary all-rubber Flash Voyager housing. Boasting water-resistant properties, these drives allow users to carry more valuable data and applications without compromise. Several reviews of the Flash Voyager products have demonstrated the ruggedness, durability, and reliability of the Flash Voyager family. The Flash Voyager has been shown laundered, baked, frozen, boiled, dropped, and even run over by a SUV in many third party reviews. After all the punishment it receives, the drive continues to work.

Personally, 8GB will be more than enough for me for another year or so. Of course, I'll still keep an eye out for 16GB flash drives though! In this case, the bigger, the better. Thanks for the reply and the positive rating.

I recently got the 16gig for $50 AR for my dad and its actually not as big as the pictures make it seem. We had no problem on my laptop or desktop (nor his) with it being too bulky. It does come with an ext cable just in case.

Anyhow picked up the 8gig for myself. Thanks

It's not the size of your flash drive... it's how you use it!

thanks for posting, these are my fav USB's, have the same in 1GB & 4GB, time to grab an 8GB and give the 1GB to someone...

sitting next to a PNY & Cruzer Micro (opened), Corsair is the same size. if you want small, get one of those Sony tiny one's

Great price, OP. I'd buy one if I didn't order the Corsair Survivor 16 yesterday. $49 AR + S/H, Newegg. Green for you.

$78.43 is sold by ANTOnline. Amazon sells it for $96.

It isn't actually that big. I have the 4GB model with me right now and it's pretty much the same size as other flash drives. The only size difference is that it's a big more round, hence, slightly wider.

Glad so many people are enjoying this deal. Have a great day.

Thanks OP, in for 1. I am glad I missed on the recent 4gb corsair deal. As per the review pointed from the 4gb deal, this drive supports dual channel that gives much faster read and write speeds.

Amazon is sold out, if i buy it from one of the seller on Amazon.com would the rebate still be affect it?

Thanks in advance
