I got my wallet (that I'm giving as a gift) from UPS today. It seems like it might be a return or an open box item or something... the box is a little gross, and there are a few small sticky spots (almost like sap or something) on different areas. Not what I'd expect from a premium brand (even during a sale). Does anyone know what their customer service policies are like? The site explicitly stated no returns, but has anyone dealt with them before? |
